A SYSTEM FOR CLINICIANS AND MANAGERS ON AI
2 days of practice:
setup • prompts • speeding up appointments • workflows • automation
30 seats. Hands-on work with every tool and every participant.
This is a real course, created by doctors who love systems and order - for fellow doctors who think the same way.
Here, AI becomes part of your working system and helps you delegate tasks without losing quality or control.
DAY 1. Basic for AI beginners.
Introduction, opening of Day 1.
Organizational block
- course format
- why you need a computer / tablet
- how the practice will work
- what is _definitely_ NOT the goal of the course
(AI ≠ doctor, AI ≠ diagnostics, AI ≠ responsibility)
Block 1. Introduction and fundamentals.
1. What neural networks are in the form in which they are needed by a doctor
- what AI can do and what it fundamentally can't do
- why AI “sounds confident but can be wrong”
- how a doctor should treat AI answers
1. How to use neural networks in Russia
2. Setting up the workspace (important settings, key links)
3. Introducing the concepts of “tasks / prompt” for AI. Bad vs Good prompt — how to tell?
4. The main mistakes doctors make at this stage
result: we’ll understand how to communicate with neural networks, set up access to the key neural networks we’ll work with during the course
Block 2. The ECOSYSTEM of neural networks by sections
I’m a person who insanely loves systematization. Here we will finally understand and systematize all neural networks relevant to a dentist, by sections, and strengthen every side that matters for a doctor
- clinical practice
- research (science)
- tools for video, photo, audio generation
- sales tools, personal assistants and bots
- systematizing your work (personal example)
result: we’ll have a whole family tree of neural network options, which we will work through in the next block.
Every time you choose an assistant role: a colleague-doctor or an SMM specialist for your new reel, you’ll know which neural network to plug in to solve the task
Block 3. Review and hands-on practice with EACH neural network
It’s important to me that you don’t leave with a list of what to study at home, but already during the course understand what you can use to strengthen and speed up your clinical appointments as early as TOMORROW — so the work and getting a **CLINICALLY MEANINGFUL RESULT** will happen on computers right at the course
We will work with and analyze every significant neural network together:
- ChatGPT. Most people use AI like advanced Google. We will move AI work from superficial queries to systematic, analytical, and thoughtful work
- (basic level) A BIG CLINICAL BLOCK. Tools to speed up patient appointments for clinicians and managers. AI practices based on clinical data
- AI for patient consultation, determining hygiene and therapeutic status, and much more)
- AI and digital 3D data (CAD/CAM workflow)
- Reviewing the management of personal clinical cases
- Ethics and rules for using AI in medicine
- Scientific activity. More than xx neural networks for scientific work)
- Social neural networks. We’ll study a dozen neural networks for creating video, photo, audio, and editing)
result: that productive, pleasant feeling after the course when you received a huge amount of information and understand how to apply it
Block 4. Summing up. Q&A session. Discussion of prospects for applying what was learned.
---
DAY 2. PRO for experienced AI users.
Block 1. Introduction, opening of Day 2.
1. Understanding the philosophy of PRO AI usage.
We move to neural network workflows, each of which enhances the result of the previous one.
- how to build task chains rather than single requests
Block 2. PRO mode for creating scientific papers with AI.
- Personal experience in scientific work
- Core motivation for working in science
- Building dialogue with reviewers - from addressing their comments to an evidence-based defense of your position
result: Finally, we’ll sort out questions such as:
- how to choose the right journal
- structure of scientific publications
- which sections allow AI, where it’s dangerous, and where it’s simply useless
- working with literature at the PRO level - quickly and easily identifying methodological errors or data conflicts
- how journal editors can suspect AI (where AI leaves “traces,” how to protect your reputation as a researcher)
Block 3. Neural network workflows for different doctor roles.
we return to the neural network ecosystem from Day 1 and build workflows of neural networks that strengthen each other within the same circle of tasks:
- clinical practice
- research (science)
- tools for video, photo, audio generation
- sales tools, personal assistants and bots
- systematizing your work (personal example)
Block 4. Review and hands-on practice with AI workflows
- (PRO level) ChatGPT and alternatives. Training AI for a specific task.
- (PRO level) A BIG CLINICAL BLOCK.
- (PRO level) Social neural Networks. We’ll study a dozen neural networks for creating video, photo, audio, and editing
- Sales. We’ll set up our own expert consultant.
- Automation. We’ll study creating bots and automating them to simplify your work (basic automation scenarios)
- Systematization of work. Life as a big project. How to systematize life? Tools and approach
result: you will be able to confidently manage your projects, data sets, and juggle the most relevant neural networks, multiplying the result at each new step of the workflow
Don’t miss the new chapter of humanity!
*the last time there was one like this was 200 years ago because of the invention of the machine tool*
